Basketball is great for physical health.  It keeps kids active, strong and healthy. Running, jumping and quick movements build endurance, coordination, and overall fitness. Basketball also teaches teamwork. Communication and collaboration are essential for players to learn to trust one another. Our recreational basketball program we will focus on fundamentals in order to get players ready for AAU season in February.
